CoachMindPro provides:

• Professional coaching consultations for career advancement.
• Downloadable information products such as courses, guides, and e-books.
• Carefully selected physical goods related to personal development.

2. Coaching Consultations

Sessions are scheduled upon full fee payment. You may reschedule a session once without extra charge if the request is received at least 24 hours before the appointment. Additional rescheduling requests may incur additional fees. If CoachMindPro cancels a session, you may choose between a full refund of the session fee or a complimentary rescheduled session. No refund is provided for missed appointments without prior notice.

3. Digital Information Products

Our digital materials are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of online delivery, all purchases are final once more than ten percent of a product’s content has been accessed. Requests for a refund must be submitted before this threshold.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items purchased through our website are subject to inspection upon receipt. Notify CoachMindPro via contact form within 14 days if products arrive damaged or defective. Customers must ship back the items in their original condition. Once we receive and verify them, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund procedures vary by offering:

• Coaching Consultations: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session. No refunds are issued for no-shows. Rescheduling within the allowed window is complimentary.
• Digital Information Products: All sales are final after more than ten percent of the content has been accessed. Pre-access requests may be considered.
• Physical Goods: Notify of defects within 14 days of delivery, ship back items, and receive a full refund within 14 days of verification.

6. Service Modifications

CoachMindPro reserves the right to modify services, schedules, or fees at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website announcement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
